Could you please describe more what you're doing? Which previous/next: page,
tab?
Where did you set it? Standard Keyboard Shotcuts, Global Keyboard Shortcuts?

I know these question may sound strange and boring to answer, but it's
important to have  clear test case to certify we're testing the same thing.

BTW, what is your current KDE version?
