Deleting the file for kile fixed it.

In kopete I noticed the following:

I have set default shortcut for previous / next in systemsettings. Now that
shortcut I wanted for next/prev tab in kopete not history. So that
conflicted... however I tried to change the default for next/prev in kopete and
that one was not saved...

So it looks like I can't override the settings from systemsetting in an
application? Can you reproduce this?
