Gloox seems interresting.
As for the problem, Iris doesn't have any problem. The problem certainly comes
from the KopeteSocketTimeOutWatcher which disconnects kopete when there doesn't
seem to be a connection anymore.

A slow RTT could confirm that and the bug seems to have started to happen
approximatively when the Watcher was commited.

I'll look into that.
