One thing I notice is that I can connect to the server from home without any
issues, while it frequently disconnects me in the office. The server is on a
local network then, so there's a very low RTT. Is it possible that there is a
race between two asynchronous processes that somehow make a response visible
too early, thus breaking a state machine?
