Custom notifications do not (anymore?) offer the option to notify if a user has
gone OFFline or changes status.

Options are:
Contact gone online
Low priority messages
Incoming message
Incoming message in active chat
Highlight
Outgoing message

Earlier versions had more notifications.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Right click on contact -> Properties -> Custom notifications
