Summary: Do not add persistent notifications when somebody is
                    typing a message
           Product: kopete
           Version: 0.3
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Notifications
        AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: kde-bugzilla at thequod.de

Version: 0.3 (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

The KDE 4 notification system currently display messages like "User
FOO is typing a message", multiple times, from "Kopete Messenger".

These types of messages should never get added to the Notifications queue
though; they are interesting in the moment they are happening, but should not
get queued anywhere.

Reproducible: Always

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-19-generic
Compiler: cc
