Summary: ICQ should not offer to add user to "Not in list"
           Product: kopete
           Version: SVN
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: ICQ and AIM Plugins
        AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: KaiUweBroulik2 at hotmail.com

Version: SVN (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

When I want to add someome from the ICQ network and I select "Not in list"
(which is the default group to add someone), kopete fails to authorize that one
or to request his/her name and there's just problems. The users appear always
offline or as not authorized or something.
If I add the person to "General" or "Friends", it works just fine.

Reproducible: Didn't try
