to reproduce: you need 2 contacts, one of them with a given contact-picture
from network (icq/jabber/..). for the other contact choose an image from your
disk. it is painted smaller if displayed as the contact-list icon.

Reproducible: Always




OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-12-desktop
