Normally you can just drag any file or multiple files into the chat window to
trigger a file transfer. If you drag the file into the text box rather than the
chat history its location URL will be pasted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just drag any file from the desktop folder (the desktop plasmoid on plasma set
to display "desktop folder", if its path is set manually to ~/Desktop) it won't
work.

Actual Results:  
The file's URL is pasted rather than a file transfer triggered. Neither the
text box nor the chat history trigger a file transfer.

Expected Results:  
Trigger a file transfer as any file from somewhere else would.

Seems to be a conflict with the desktop:/-protocol. It pastes the file name as
follows: “desktop:/filexyz”, so it works if you drag the file from ~/Desktop
manually.
