When I close Skype (that means completely closing/killing of all remaining
processes) and I suspend to ram, after wake up Kopete automatically starts
Skype. Whereas Kopete is set to offline and shouldn't start Skype. An Skype
account is configured in Kopete. This behavior can be reproduced.
Why I think it is a bug: I do not expect Kopete to load Skype at that moment.
Maybe, when I set Kopete to connect to Skype network, but not before.
Especially on a laptop it is a too high waste of resources if there is an
unused Skype with 2-4 % of cpu usage all the time.
