Hi KDE-on-Windows Team!

What do you think about this? I do not have a windows system here. However, I
know that libotr exists on Windows (pidgin uses it already). The source code
and binaries for Windows are available at http://www.cypherpunks.ca/otr.

I got a mail from a windows user recently, saying that he was able to compile
the Plugin on windows with only small modifications to the CMakeLists.txt

So... it should be possible and pretty easy to do. What do you think?
