Some more related issues:
If a user has a non-standard sized image, Kopete doesn't scale this image down
to a reasonable size.

This affects the tooltip + the notification window.

Take a look at this attachment which shows a really huge avatar image.

The image is shown at the same size in the notification window, which is really
disturbing. This way notifications are not very unobtrusive but may cover half
of your screen ;-)
