Confirm on KDE 4.3.1 Kubuntu Karmic x86_32.
Confirm on KDE 4.3.65 Gentoo unstable ~x86_64.

Both computer using Jabber from different provieder. It's not related to ICQ
account/transport, cause on KDE 4.3.1 is used only pure jabber without
services.
