In kopete shipped with kde 3.5, there was the information when an ICQ contact
actually signed in (which is sent by the icq server). This sign-in time was
displayed in the contact's on-mouse-over information.
This information disappeared in kopete shipped with kde4 (at least it is not
available in 0.80.2).
