i have the same problems. Either other Protocols works well on kopete, either
my ICQ account works well on Pidgin and Licq. But kopete shows "sign on to ICQ
with your account XXXXXXXXX failed" (Version 0.70.90
Using KDE 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1))
