Often I experience that someone trys to add me (especially on ICQ). Now Kopete
offers "Add Authorize Block". From time to time I happen to click "Authorize"
instead of "Add". I then have no possibility to come back and add the contact
myself until he messages me.

The better way would be to "Authorize" and Kopete ask the user if he wants to
add the contact as well.

BTW: The "Add" is somewhat confusing too, because nobody would expect this to
be an "Authorize and Add" at the first usage.
