I have the same problem using the 4.3.0 MSVC packages: The jabber plugin
(KDE\lib\kde4\kopete_jabber.dll) is missing.

(Using the MinGW or MinGW4 packages the plugin is available. I can create a
jabber account but it doesn't connect.)
