I've found a solution. You may copy some files (icons) to
/usr/share/kde4/apps/kopete/icons (where other icons are) to get icons. To get
the protocol listed you need to copy the kopete_gadu.so to /usr/lib/kde4/ and
kopete_gadu.desktop to /usr/share/kde4/services/ . You (most likely) can find
kopete_gadu.desktop and all icons in earlier kopete packages from your distro.
