Kopete from KDE 4 does not imports old Kopete 3's MSN contacts to the new WLM
plugin. I don't know if I should consider this a simple bug or a feature
request (wishlist bug), but we (the Debian KDE maintainers) have received lots
of messages from people asking for it.
