On my Kopete setup, Winpopup support is non-functional (the icon in the contact
list statusbar stays grayed and I don't receive messages) despite my having
followed all of the instructions given.

There was one login session when, inexplicably, the icon un-grayed, so I know
that's supposed to happen, but I've never been able to duplicate it.

The bug I'm reporting here is Kopete's lack of troubleshooting information. It
just silently fails without any information on what went wrong. Even without
suggestions for fixing the problem, that'd really help.
