Whether or not I have a chat window open, clicking on "View" or "Ignore" on a
Kopete notification does not cause the notification to be dismissed or the
appropriate action to happen.

View should open the chat window.
Ignore should dismiss the notification.

Presently, clicking either button does nothing.
