When I click on an ICQ contact and open details I see the dialog open, just
having UIN and IP filled and after that the rest of details is filled.

I seems like it is fetched again and again from the net, instead of remembered
in Kopete.

I just cross-tested with offline ICQ: Kopete remembers nothing :/
