I'm trying to use my webcam with Kopete. After installing driver and ensuring
the device was properly recognized by the system I restarted kopete and tried
the following:

Configure > Video
I see my ugly face on the webcam stream, click ok. 

Open a Windows Live chat window, try to enable the webcam but I see no way how
to do it. Documentation talks about "send webcam" icon but I can't see such
item.
