steps to reproduce:
1. open settings->Configure shortcuts
2. specify 'Activate next tab' as Ctrl+PgUP
3. specify 'Activate prev tab' as Ctrl+PgDN
4. press OK
5. ensure that hotkeys are work as expected
6. restart kopete
7. try use hot-keys now

observed behaviour:
Ctrl+PgUP/DN not working
if i open 'Configure-shortcuts' - i can see default settings.

expected behaviour:
Ctrl+PgUP/DN should work as hotkeys to switch tabs (like we have to ensure in
p.5)
