Version:           0.70.4 (using 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4), Debian packages)

Under the "Video" tab of the Kopete configuration I can select my webcam device
"USB2.0 Camera" and Input "Ali m5602", but I cannot set the video standard.
Also, in the kopete configuration I can see myself in the webcam, but I cannot
find a "send webcam" button anywhere when I am chatting. I assume this is a
consequence of not being able to set the video standard?
