I'm seeing "Remote closed connection" with Jabber on KDE:  4.2.88 (KDE 4.2.88
(KDE 4.3 >= 20090527)) "release 127" on openSUSE. Following openSUSE's factory
updates, I'm seeing this only for two weeks or so now.
