After switching the UI language to English and back to Hebrew, I do have the
tooltip for Jabber and ICQ. I could not see it for Yahoo, MSN, or Skype
contacts but it could be that they have not been online at all since installing
this Kopete, so Kopete never got the chance to record them.

I will close this bug if the feature exists for Yahoo, MSN, and Skype as well,
I will try to test that soon. Thanks.
