WLM protocol in Kopete 4.x does not implement video chat. I agree with you,
this is essential feature for any IM program nowadays. When I have more time I
am going to take a look at how video chat works and try to implement it in
Kopete 4.3.x. I will do it for WLM protocol (I do not use Yahoo protocol). But
do not wait for me, if anyone want to implement it go ahead.
