@albert : when you send a file to someone, his account has to be configured
with it's public IP too or with a proxy.

@Everyone : when you try a new configuration (change the IP address, the proxy,
etc...), you have to reconnect you xmpp account before trying again.

Do you guys still have that problem now with KDE 4.2.4 or KDE 4.3 RC1 ?
