I think it would be a nice idea to add the capability (i suggest bzip2) of
compressing logs older than one year for example.. well with a customizable
time.
I have like 100MiB of logs and you can be sure that i don't read them every
day. So i think it would make sense to put an option to compress the older logs
and decompress them when the user wants to read.
