           Summary: ICQ protocol break made ICQ backend useless
           Product: kopete
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: 4ernov at gmail.com

Version:            (using KDE 4.1.3)
Compiler: GCC 4.3.2 Target: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu Configured with:
../gcc-4.3.2/configure --prefix=/usr --libexecdir=/usr/lib --enable-shared
--enable-threads=posix --enable-__cxa_atexit --enable-clocale=gnu
--enable-languages=c,c++,fortran,objc,treelang --disable-multilib --enable-c99
--enable-long-long Thread model: posix
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

Today ICQ protocol was broken again for russian IPs, so ICQ part of Kopete
doesn't work. On logging to ICQ it receives a message:
=============================
System Message
=============================
The version you are using is not supported by ICQ. Download a free authorized
ICQ version from ICQ's official website.

It's from '1' ICQ number. But Kopete acts like it's logged in successfully.
But when sending something to ICQ user it posts:
=============================
System Message
=============================
The user you are trying to reach cannot be contacted with this version.
