When I attempt to associate a contact with an addressbook entry I cannot press
the OK button because it is behind the kicker, and I cannot resize the window
to make it fit on my screen.

To reproduce:
1. Right-click on a contact in the contact list
2. Select Properties from the context window
3. Press Change button in the Address Book Link section

At this point a window entitled Addressbook Association will appear, but you
cannot resize the height.
