I just did another test and found that if you send an invite to view your
webcam from Yahoo! Messenger 9.0.0.2124 (current latest) on Windows to Kopete
0.70.0 (4:4.2.0-0ubuntu1) you will receive:

"The version of Yahoo! Messenger that kopete_users_chat_name is using does not
support this feature."

So, it looks like Yahoo's either removed support for older clients or
specifically targetted Kopete as incompatible.
