it happens on kde 4.4 starting with beta 1 and it is still doing it on kde
4.3.85 beta2 "release 203". It also crashes the panel (at least makes it
disappear and reappear after a few seconds). Theres some other pplications
having the same effect on panel when cosing them but it happens more randomly
than with kopete, which is doing it every time.
