I have the same problem, on my yahoo profile I try to send a file to my yahoo
friend, the dialogue box for the transfer appears then after a bit it tells me
the user has cancelled the action ( which neither of us has ) and reports a
failure. Seems like a basic feature that should be up and running by now, also
the Kopete website seems very out of date to me
