Summary: Still getting status notifications from ICQ contacts
                    although disabled
           Product: kopete
           Version: 0.80.2
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Notifications
        AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: third-impact at gmx.de

I'm getting these online/offline notifications from contacts although I
disabled notifications.
Help would be nice. Using openSuse 11.2 with KDE 4.3.4.
There's a similar bug for facebook notifications (btw I'm not using facebook).

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #203297 +++

Version: 0.70.90 (using 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0) "release 152",
KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.20-0.4-pae

I've recently installed the Kopete Facebook plugin (version 0.1.3). It seems to
work nice, but even though I configured Kopete not to display any status change
notifications, I still get popup notifications about my Facebook contacts
getting online/offline. This is rather disturbing - is there a way to disable
these notifications?
