If one has a blank line in a multiline ICQ message, kopete will add an
additional blank line when sending the message.
Example:
If you type (or copy & paste):
"asd

asd"

kopete will send the following message:
"asd

asd
"

I'm not sure whether this happens if you use protocols other than ICQ.
