I don't know much about DynDNS but I suppose that "host" in host.dyndns.org
points to your router.

I think that that field must contain an IP Address, not a host name. This could
have changed since Iris switched to Qt 4.

If you can try with your IP address directly (by supposing that it doesn't
change too often so you have time to try a file transfer)
