I will be hard to find, ArchLinux repositories are oftern updated. 

Also, you mentioned the wrong package name
"libmsn-4.0beta6-1-i686_64.pkg.tar.gz"
If you use i686:
libmsn-4.0beta6-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz
If you use 64 bits:
libmsn-4.0beta6-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz
