This report  was made with the "kdenetwork-dbg". 
I updated the package, and reiterated the situation, but in /
usr/lib/liboscar.so.1 and / usr/lib/kde4/kopete_icq.so still does not contain a
dbg symbol.  Report turned out exactly the same
