Skype account configuraion widget is only ported from old KDE3 version of this
plugin. In KDE3 was arts, in KDE4 isnt. And all radio buttons doesnt work.
(Launch Skype, DBus bus type)

"non-standard authorization" is name which show in skype client:
A program "autorisation name" is trying to connect to Skype. Do you want to
allow it?

And if you right click --> What's this (or button "?" in window title) it show
message about all options.

I need create new account configuration widget with up to date settings.
