Summary: Invalid encoding of names in contact list (icq,
                    cp1251)
           Product: kopete
           Version: 0.70.2
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: midgop at gmail.com

Version: 0.70.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-11-generic

I add a new ICQ account (I use Win-1251 character encoding). When I connect,
some cyrillic names of contacts are shown incorrectly. The problem can be
solved by choosing "User info" from contact menu - right nickname from vcard
replaces wrong one.
