When I select 'Group All Messages in Same Chat Window' in Behavior->Chat, in
the Main Menu of the chat window "No Text" is mentioned instead of "Tools".

How to reproduce:

1. Settings->Configure
2. Behavior->Chat
3. Select 'Group All Messages in Same Chat Window' in Grouping policy.
4. Start a chat conversation
