Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

1) Disable Kopete global notifications for user connections and incoming
messages (because may be annoying if you have a huge contact list)

2) Set to the «VIP» group notifications (c&p from
.kde/share/config/kopete.notifyrc)

Those group and individual notifications doesn't work: taskbar never flashes
and log files are empty after many connections of this users.

I'm using:
Qt: 4.4.3
KDE: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)
Kopete: 0.70.2
