Kopete previously used to allow reordering of the tabs when chats are grouped
together. This is useful for logical groupings etc. A similar example is how
konsole allows moving the location of a tab relative to the other tabs.

A shortcut key should also be provided (eg ctrl-shift left/right, which is what
konsole uses)
