I'm using Kopete 0.60.2 from KDE 4.1.2, and though I do have the OTR plugin
enabled in Kopete and it works for encrypting chats, I have no menu items on
the "OTR Encryption" submenu in the Tools menu of a chat window.  Thus I cannot
restart or end OTR sessions, which can render me unable to communicate with
someone when OTR gets into the state where I think I'm in an encrypted chat but
the other person has ended the encrypted session.  At that point, I'm supposed
to end the encrypted session or restart it, but I can do neither action without
the missing menu items.
