I know this error. Slovak special chars (ľščťžýáíé) arent display
correct in kopete too and, when I send message with this chars it display wrong
in skype and kopete. DBus message must be send in latin1 encode (actualy, it
send in utf8), but i cant do it (line 571 in message.cpp) and dbus message come
in latin1, but kopete read this message in utf8 encoding.

This error i will solve, if I port pugin to KDE4
