[kopete-bugs] MSN appear offline and a buddy pounce feature

Hi,

When friends on my buddylist are appearing offline but are really
online in kopete I cannot initiate a chat with them. I have checked
and they are really online.

It would be great if kopete could have a feature like pidgin where if
a user really is offline the chat can be made to be sent next time the
system sees them (online or even polling to see if they are can be
sent when they are appearing offline).
