This is being worked on, Kopete in KDE 4.2 will have basic support for Jabber
audio (Jingle audio). It is already in trunk.
I'd like to have enough time to implement Video and ICE support for KDE 4.3.

Besides, I should have a look at what Google did and what version of the
protocol they are using exactly as it's still at an experimental state.
