I have installed it as instructed within Kubuntu Intrepid. It appears as a
protocol. But when I set up the account, the account does not appear. Kopete
simply looks like I did not set up the skype protocol. Any ideas what could be
wrong?
BTW: In the protocol list there is this text in brackets "(only a wrapper)". I
do not know if this understood by everyone. I would suggest either to try to
detect if Skype is installed or not and then give an error or to change the
text there. May be (needs original skype installed). Ok, thats too long.
Hey and BTW thanks for your efforts. This is really great.
